Growing the Hand2Mouth Family Tree!
100 new supporters by September 1
Hand2Mouth has been around for over eight years, and in that time we’ve grown and changed a great deal. What has not changed is this: in order to dive deep into the creative world together, we must trust each other and communicate honestly. When you come to see our shows, we extend this connection to you. We believe wholeheartedly that we are making work for you: our audience, our community.
Now more than ever, we need you. We rely on donations from individuals, foundations and businesses – and by September 1, 2009, we are looking to add 100 new supporters to the Hand2Mouth family.
By donating and adding your name to the Hand2Mouth Family Tree, you are saying:
I believe in this company, I believe in this work, and I want to help make it.
All donations raised between now and September 1 go directly towards Hand2Mouth's artistic projects and the artists making them. Those projects include
- Premiering Everyone Who Looks Like You in Portland in Fall 2009.
- Touring to San Francisco to perform Repeat After Me, (FuryFACTORY, June 11-13), Project X (Network of Ensemble Theaters Ensemble Summit, June 17-20) and Undine (double bill with Carpetbag Brigade, CounterPulse, June 18-19).
- Second annual Risk/Reward performance festival, June 26 at Imago Theater
- Taking Undine to New York City (double bill with Helsinki Syndrome, Ontological-Hysteric Incubator, August 27-September 5).
Make a donation of $10 or more and we will:
1. Add your name to the Hand2Mouth Family Tree.
2. Include you on a list of new supporters (on-line & in all H2M promo materials).
3. Invite you to our big family barbecue in September.
